For general use| Close the flow regulator. | |
| Remove the punch cap and insert it into the solution bottle. | |
| Hang the bottle/bag. Fill half the chamber by pressing it repeatedly. Do not fill completely. | |
| Partially open the regulator to allow flow and bleed the air. Close the regulator. | |
| Connect the luer lock connector to the puncture unit. | |
| Adjust the flow with the regulator. | |
| Check flow at regular intervals. |
